First, submit your brief online application. If our recruiting team determines you are a good fit, the next stage is an invitation to a phone or video call to get to know you better. Subsequent steps may vary depending on the specific role, and following our HR and Recruitment internal policies.

An interview is also your opportunity to learn more about the role and the team, please bring your questions about ToRead and the vacancy. 

Initial interviews are always conducted virtually (over Google Meett). In-person meetings may be requested at the final stages of the employment process, depending on the role.

During the initial application phase, you are only asked to submit your Resume/CV and an optional Cover Letter. Other documents will be requested at later stages of the employment process as needed for legal processing.
