On July 12, 2021, ToRead, in partnership with the Michel Daher Foundation, successfully organized a Virtual Scholarship Event to guide and empower Lebanese youth in accessing higher education opportunities. The two-hour online event brought together over 100 attendees to learn about the different types of scholarships available and how to navigate the application process.

The event provided participants with:

  • A clear overview of local and international scholarships available to Lebanese students.
  • Step-by-step guidance on the application process.
  • Personalized mentorship and coaching to help youth strengthen their applications.

Through interactive sessions, participants not only learned about opportunities but also engaged in discussions with mentors who addressed their specific questions and challenges. This personalized guidance ensured that each student left the event with a clearer pathway toward securing educational funding.

By hosting such initiatives, ToRead continues to demonstrate its commitment to making education accessible and equitable. Collaborating with like-minded organizations such as the Michel Daher Foundation allows ToRead to equip youth with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to pursue scholarships and unlock life-changing academic opportunities.
