As part of the Ready 4 Work partnership with INJAZ Lebanon, ToRead successfully implemented a 5-hour interactive workshop for two groups of 60 high school students from Omar Farroukh Public School.

The workshop aimed to equip students with essential knowledge and skills for their future careers. Participants explored:

  • Career planning and career clusters
  • The difference between soft and technical skills
  • The skills needed in the future job market
  • Basics of financial management

Beyond individual learning, students worked collaboratively on an engaging activity: designing and building their own city that reflected their plans, aspirations, and values. Through this exercise, they gained hands-on experience in teamwork, critical thinking, and project planning.

At the end of the workshop, participants proudly presented their cities. Two winning groups were selected and rewarded with valuable technology gadgets, celebrating their creativity and dedication.

This initiative highlights ToRead’s ongoing commitment to building the next generation of impactful leaders in Lebanon and the region. Through strategic partnerships and innovative programs, ToRead continues to empower youth with the tools they need to succeed in education, work, and life.
