On July 25 and July 26, ToRead, in partnership with INJAZ Lebanon, successfully implemented a two-day Entrepreneurship and Freelancing Bootcamp as part of the Ready 4 Work Program. The event welcomed 55 youth from diverse backgrounds, eager to strengthen their entrepreneurial mindset and prepare for the evolving job market.

The bootcamp offered a blend of practical knowledge and hands-on activities, ensuring participants not only learned new concepts but also practiced applying them. Over the course of two days, youth explored:

  • Entrepreneurship and business planning
  • Freelancing opportunities and digital marketing strategies
  • Building a personal brand and professional identity
  • Effective pitching and presentation skills

Beyond the sessions, participants benefited from one-on-one coaching and mentorship. These personalized sessions guided youth in drafting solid business plans and helped them take their first steps toward launching innovative projects and freelance careers.

A highlight of the bootcamp was the recognition of four outstanding participants, who received in-kind support and digital devices to accelerate their entrepreneurial journeys and transform their ideas into reality.

Through initiatives like this, ToRead reaffirms its mission of building the next generation of impactful leaders in Lebanon and the region. By combining skills development, mentorship, and networking opportunities, ToRead continues to bridge the gap between youth and the economic market, empowering them with the tools, confidence, and experiences they need to thrive in both their professional and personal lives.
